You can delete your Notestra account yourself at any time, in the app or on the web. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Open Settings, scroll to "Delete account", confirm with your email address and password, and tap "Delete account permanently".
Sign in, open Account settings, scroll to "Delete account", confirm with your email address and password, and select "Delete account permanently".
Your account and login data, all notes including the bin and the archive, your boards, tag colors, note order, and any pending verification, invitation or password-reset links. Nothing of it is kept.
Account deletion takes effect immediately. Notes you move to the bin are deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can delete them earlier at any time. Server log files are deleted or anonymized after at most 30 days. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
If you can no longer sign in, write to us from the email address of your account and we will delete it for you, at the latest within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR).
